• Marital/Relationship Status​
• Next of Kin Details​
• General Practitioner (GP) Name and Address​
• Mental Health Diagnosis​
• Physical Health Issues​
• Other Relevant Mental Health Information​

This information is essential for providing appropriate care and ensuring safety.​

3.2 Consent and Data Usage

By completing the booking process and providing the required information, you consent to Corales Therapy using your data as necessary for:

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon booking a session. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by Corales Therapy.​

Corales Therapy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.​

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
